I'm planning on dual booting my win7 x64 with xp 32-bit in hopes of playing some of my older game collection that are a real headache to get working on win7, my question is will I experience any difficulty with my setup (listed below) as far as compatibility since my hardware is so new? Will i experience any issues with drivers when switching from 7 to xp if they are 2 different versions? Also just looking for any general advice as far as gaming with a dual boot

Any and all help is appreciated and thank you

Setup:
CPU: AMD-FX 8350
GFX: (2x) R9 280x's in crossfire
HDD: 2TB WD RED
RAM: 8GB DDR3

I currently have Win7 Ultimate, does that include XP mode or is that only on Win7 Professional?

I've tried this many times and it's really hit and miss when it comes to some of my older games and rarely works as it should (Max Payne 1 and 2 for example). Is the windows xp virtual pc another solution? will it even support 3d acceleration where i can play my games on the virtual pc?
