It's my first time installing a GPU. I've recently bought the GALAXY GTX 760 and am not about the installation procedure. I know how to fit it in the slot and connect up the wires but is that it??? And after I'm done installing the GPU do I directly connect my monitor to the GPU first or I plug it into the Integrated Graphics on the Motherboard only.
Also do I install the drivers before or after installing the GPU?
Will I have to uninstall the old Intel HD 4000 drivers before I install the new Nvidia driver?
Please help me out as I'm a complete novice at this.

Solution
You put the graphics card in the PCIe x16 slot. If you need help, look at your motherboard manual. Here's a YouTube video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d_56kyib-Ls). You'll want to plug your monitor directly into your Graphics card.

To install your drivers, go to NVidia's website and download the latest driver. No need to uninstall the old one.

yes connect your monitor with gpu and boot up. After getting into operating system, you should install the latest gpu drivers from www.nvidia.com
Specify your pc configuration and number of drivers will be shown to you. Don't install beta drivers, just click on WHQL drivers for your gtx 760 and download them. After downloading, you have to extract them somewhere and then install your drivers. Reboot. You are good to go ;)
