What's The Best Gaming PC You Can Put Together For $2K

I'm about to build a new PC now that I've got a new job and want to put together something for at the most $2K. What's the best build could you come up with? No Monitor, mouse, or keyboard. Just the tower itself. Preferably a Full Tower computer. I will be running two 24" monitors. I also want two hard drives, one 3TB and one SSD for the OS and some programs. I was thinking 250GB SSD.

The Core i7, expensive motherboard, and 16GB of RAM do nothing for gaming performance. And yes a $700 card is more than worth it and on a $2K build it's a pretty good portion of the budget and for gaming that's where it counts.

$700 on a card is hard for me to justify, what about this card? GIGABYTE GV-N770OC-4GD. Any cases that would have LED lighting would be cool as well
