Bottlenecking, over clocking, cpu

I currently have an fx-8320 running with a gtx 770 now I did the star swarm test on steam and my friend told me my graphics card was being bottlenecked, any suggestions?

Do you have any issues playing games?
Do your games run at a decent framerate, with good graphics settings?

Then you're fine, as it will come down to the game as to what's bottlenecking what, you have a perfectly decent GPU/CPU combo there.

Benchmarks are designed/paid off by hardware manufacturers in order to make you feel inadequate.

The only proper reason you should buy new hardware is if you can't run the graphics settings you want, with the framerate you want.
