More RAM . 2 x8 gig minimum. 1600 MHz would be fine , ideally with the lowest latencies .

You can save money if you need to my cutting back the graphics card to a GTX 760 and the psu to a 500 watt model .

Adding a second hard drive may help speed things too . The file you work on is on one drive and the output is onto a second drive . That way the data isnt flowing in both directions over one SATA connector
