The 220w PSU is pushing it a little bit, and I would strongly consider getting a more powerful one, but yes, it should work still. :)

EDIT: Sorry, thought you were asking about the 750. The normal 750 should be fine, you will definitely want a beefier PSU for the 750 ti.

*(Even though that recommendation is based on the assumption that you have a really cruddy PSU, if it's 220w, it's probably both cruddy and old.)

your current GPU the Nvidia gt9600 uses 50W => it'll probably work

THE REAL QUESTION is though: what do you want to do with that, both your CPU and your RAM will bottleneck your PC speed, and with a 220W power supply you will NOT be able to overclock any components.

Nvidia also states that the recommended PSU for both the 9500 and 750TI is 350W, so you really really should get a bit more powerful PSU if you really want to run that 750TI

BUT I still believe that the 10W difference in Powerconsumption should still work with your 220W PSU

Soo you've got a major problem: if you want to upgrade any of your components, you probably have to upgrade all of them:
your mobo doesnt support any new cpu / ram.
You still CAN upgrade your graphics card, but as I said, if you want to do anything with it, you probably should upgrade the rest of your system as well.

If you indeed want to upgrade all of your stuff (and get that 750ti) you have to get a new PSU as well: A cheap and good quality PSU for a low power pc (which yours would be if you get a 750TI) is the Antec VP-450.

For all other parts check Toplists, search google for: best "INSERT PART HERE" for the money 2014 - and you'll find everything you need to know about good priced, high quality pc parts.

If you have any other questions regarding getting new parts or anything else, you best start a new question and maybe other people can help you out as well.

I'm currently using 9800GT Green edition
It's usage is about 75W
