i have an asus m5a99fx pro r2.0 motherboard that i just got yesterday after getting an RMA, well the thing is i put the rpocessor in (AMD fx-9370) the 2 sticks of RAM i have 8GB each and the Graphics card ( EVGA nvidia gtx 660 2GB) and when i try to boot up the fans start and the cou and mem LED flash and thats it and i dont get any video, what might be the problem?

Your motherboard can't handle that chip. That chip needs a board that can supply 220w power at the socket, the 99fx Pro R2.0 can only supply 140w.
The 9370 chip only works with a handful of boards that can supply the power needed.
EDIT:
The site does list the chip as compatible for the MB for one of the latest BIOS'. you may need a new BIOS to get it to boot but you will need extreme cooling to push that board beyond what it's capable of, even the notes for the MB say that.

yes i know the board is compatible and i have a corsair h80i liquid cooling i think it can handle it and i already updated the bios now all i get is the CPU light to turn red and after like 2 seconds goes off but thats all that happens, before i got this new board i use to get just a solid CPU light
