Where do I plug in rear exhaust fan?

Do I plug it into motherboard or PSU?
I would be really thankful if someone could mark those spots on motherboard. :)

That fan will plug by default into your motherboard. By the marking for "Network iControl" on the motherboard you will see a header that reads "cha_fan1" it will plug into that or any other header that is similar that isn't your cpu fan header.
