Alright, I'm replacing all Components in my PC but the RAM and the HDD. I cannot get to the BIOS for my current motherboard because of a manufacturer Windows 8 Lock. I bought a copy of Win8 to install in this new set-up. My Question is, I'm afraid that when I put everything together that the PC will start into the old Windows 8 instead of starting from the DVD drive. Though, even if it does, it should be easy enough to install Windows, I was hoping I wouldn't have to let the old Windows load. Is there anyway to do this?

You will want to enter your BIOS and change your boot device priority. The key to enter your BIOS depends on your motherboard's manufacturer, but it is often times f12, f2, or del. When you turn on the computer just keep pressing whichever it is, then go into the boot settings area and move your disk drive to the first boot device. After your fresh install make sure to change it back to your hard drive to prevent any issues in the future. :)
