Purchase Date: I'm ready to make a purchase at anytime.

Usage: WoW, Skyrim, Witcher 2, etc. I would also like the card to run Witcher 3 and Evolve (I'm aware specs aren't exactly handy for these).

Current GPU/PSU: ATI 5770 1GB DDR5/350W Dell OEM PSU (Came with XPS 8100)

Current Specs: i7-860 2.8Ghz, 8GB Ram, Air Cooled (XPS 8100)

Card Preference: No hard preference but I was thinking of switching to Nvidia as past driver installations experiences were more pleasent than AMD.

Overclocking/SLI: No

I did purchase a new PSU that is currently being shipped. Any reccomendations would need to work with this PSU:

XFX Core Edition PRO550W (P1-550S-XXB9) 550W ATX12V 2.2 & ESP12V 2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

Many Thanks in advance!

Edit: I forgot to include my budget. I'm looking to spend as close to $200 as possible. If this is an unrealistic expectation to replace/upgrade a 5770, please let me know.

Thanks for the suggestions, they're appreciated and I'm going to check them out. I was pointed toward a Nvidia GTX 750Ti w/ 2GB of RAM as a replacement by a colleague. Should I ignore the 750Ti over the 660?

Unless the $30 between the two makes a difference, ignore the 750 Ti. It would be the slowest component in your system.
