I have 3offices size of 50employess that is located in 3 different countries and the main office is in the US.And we need to have our own wan.
1)Bandwidth is not under considerations. I just want to share drives. I just want access LAN desktops from another office. I want to run applications from one office in another? I want File transfer. Printing etc etc etc
2)Here is the needed info.
a)What is the best MS OS that can handle that WAN optimally (installed on the LAN's Workstations)?
b)What are the hardware requirements?(Type of switches DSL or Cable - Routers and Switches )It s all going to use Ethernet CAT 6 Cables and Network Cards on the LANs.
c)And If vpn tunneling is going to be our best option or would there be better options or technologies?

Again There will be a WAN (connecting 3 LANs over the internet)about the server Roles and locations should we use a server located in the main office that can handle the WAN or would we need three servers (for back up and sharing resouces plus administration) So I need to know about the use of the servers and their roles and locations.

Sorry for the too much of a question and please bear with me I might be saying things incorrectly

It looks like you want to control many computer from one computer.
If its right then you just need internet connection and a app called Teamviewer
Download and install it on all your computers www.teamviewer.com
Open this app on all computer
A window will open displaying two section i.e Your IP address & password at left section and Remote Login section at right which is blank
Now sit on the computer from where you want to control all other computer
Now in Remote Login Section you have to type IP address and Password of the computer you want to control
NOTE- IP address is fixed and different for all computers but Password is RANDOM and AUTO GENERATED and changes every time when you open the app. So you can set your own fixed password for easy access

Select Connect
You can see now what's going on in other computer and you can control it to just like you control your pc

You can transfer file too from this app:
When you are connected with other pc, a box type widget will appear on bottom left side
From there you can transfer your file

YOU CAN OPEN THIS APP AS MANY AT A SAME TIME FOR MULTIPLE CONNECTION

You are actually asking 2 different questions.

The first is how to connect the offices. This is as das indicated you need to build VPN connections between all the office. This is best done on the routers because you will have massive issues getting multiple VPN tunnels done from a server behind a router. You will need to ensure that the ip blocks used by each office are different. This just provides the connectivity and allows the machine to talk.

Your second issue is you want to share applications which I am not 100% sure what you mean. There is a big difference from running a central mail server than from actually running a remote desktop. This design in general is the same as if you had 3 building connected with ethernet cable the vpn and the distance to a point do not matter. You can use central print server printng to remote printers and you can load file servers at one or more sites and allow users from all sites to access them as well as outlook servers and much more. This is mostly a microsoft server design issue and not so much a network issue. If you need help on that I will defer to some of our server experts on this forum since I am a network guy.

I suspect you are going to need pay someone to help you if you have not done server or network setups before.

Just to make sure your question. You want the local office to access the LAN destop of main office and server to deal with WAN. VPN router is good and obvious solution. Buy three VPN routers for three offices. Connect three offices with VPN tunnel. You will be able to transfer files and use application from each office in any other offices. About server, I think you can need a server in main office to provide official websites or something. VPN router for SMB: http://uttglobal.com/products.php?typeid=27
