AMD FX 8350 Liquid Cooling big temperature

hi. i build water cooling for my fx 8350 and i getting high temperature when i playing and after playing for some time my pc shuts down. i didn't oc my cpu .i don't have idea what is wrong with my pc... my specification of liquid cooling :
1x Alphacool NexXxos Monsta Thread Size : G1/4" Colour : Gloss Black Fan Compatibility : 2 x 120mm Dimensions (LxWxH) : 279mm x 124mm x 80mm
1xXSPC EX240 radiator
EK-MCP 2.2 Water Pump
CPU Waterblock (3mm Copper base & inner water channel).
when i turn on pc the speed fan show cpu temperature of 32 degrees.i was doing the stress test with prime 95 and it goes until cpu get up more than 60 c. after that it shuts down. maybe someone have idea what can be wrong ?
 
Solution
It shouldnt shut off from 60c either the temprate sensor is bugged or the motherboard isnt configured properly or also buggy. Have you checked the bios settings to make sure it doesnt have any temprature shut down settings enabled. Have you tried flashing the bios to the most current version? Have you tried reseating the waterblock making sure there isnt to much thermal compound only pea size and that it isnt to tigth to the motherboard that hinders preformance aswell.

Thats not accurate. I had an m5a97 die on my 8320 on the stock clock after 2 weeks of running it. Its "compatible" in spec.


Hows your case flow?

Thats obvivously faulty hardware then if your motherboard died after 2 weeks running a compatible cpu.... the warranty should have covered that. There will always be defective hardware but realistically if it was not defective there should not be an issue in that sence

Yes. The warranty covered BOTH of the m5a97's that died on me before I told them to just refund my money.
