I just picked up an Asus 144hz monitor and want to boost my frame rates. (currently 50-60fps).
Like usual I had anticipated buying another of the same card a year or so down the road but cannot find one now that they have been discontinued for a reasonable price. I'm not paying retail on a used or refurbished card.
What card should I buy to pair with it? GTX 680, 760, 770, something else, or do I just keep hunting for an identical card?
I don't want issues and have never mixed cards before on a sli or xfire setup.
Any tips would be appreciated!
