I plan on scrapping the RAM, CPU, and graphics card out of my Alienware X51. I need a new motherboard, power source, and case. (Possibly CPU cooler, not sure if the X51 has one inside.) Here is what I need suggestions for and my requirements:

Which motherboard?
-32-64 GB of ram capability, 4 slots
-High quality/Fast speeds
-ATX
-High number of fan slots (5+ if possible? If extensions are needed to achieve that, link me to some)

Case:
My choice: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129100
-Cable management capability
-Good air flow and fan ammount

CPU cooler (If needed)
-Non water-cooler

Power supply:
-GTX 660/Upgrading to 780 ti later
-All parts listed above
-i7 processor

Thanks a lot for the help guys! I'm very excited to get rid of my x51 case.

Solution
Alright, you will want an H87 motherboard for that CPU. Don't wast money on a z87 board because you cannot overclock that CPU. The only reason to get a z87 board would be if you plan to run 2 GPUs in SLI/CF.
Get a 650w-750w PSU from Antec, XFX, Corsair, Seasonic.

That case is HUGE and WAY overkill for your needs. get a normal mid tower instead.

That many fans is pointless and will not help cooling at all, just make noise.

What i7 CPU is it? I need this info to be able to pick a board.

I'm checking the Level 10 GT by thermaltake, how's that look? I plan on overclocking and watercooling in the future.
I'll check the CPU in a few hours, I'm not home.

1.) Cheaper, already have 16gb of nice ram, a decent card, and a good CPU.
2.) Because of the small size, the X51 has heating issues
3.) I hate windows 8 and want my windows 7 back!

Custom loop. Overclocking the CPU and graphics will likely need both to be watercooled. One reason why I partially like the level 10 GT is the looks. How about the mid-tower version of the level 10? I don't know its name.
EDIT:
Found it, level 10 GTS snow edition http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133216

You don't need water cooling to overclock GPUs or CPUs. A good air cooler can achieve VERY high overclocks, and the GPU will hit power limits and internal fail safes WAY before ever needing water cooling when overclocking. If you get a card with a good cooler, you can get it up to its MAX potential without even modifying the card in any way.

Is the case any good? Also, here's my cpu (From dxdiag)
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
What would a good motherboard be?

Thanks a lot for all the great help. Any CPU cooler preference?
