Mother Board type; mixing AMD with Intel

Hi, I'm building my first PC with a budget of around £450. I'm looking to use these specs. could you tell me if these 3 will work together please?
CPU:AMD A8 5600K
GPU:Gigabyte GTX 650 1GB GDDR5
MB:ASUS M5A97
All 3 from Ebuyer

No, the CPU and motherboard are not compatible. The CPU uses the FM2 socket and the Motherboard uses the AM3+ socket.
