I have an Alienware Aroura R3, and i changed the processor to i7 2600k, with an overclock, this processor does me fine for the games i play. Only problem is, I am clueless on how to overclock, and i'm kind of scared to try it, until i am 100% confident. If anyone out there could steer me in the right directions, and answer the questions in my replies it would be of great help. I have it running at 4.1 ghz, under a pre-set OC in the BIOS. I just don't like the temperatures, it is staying below 70C, under water cooling, anyway, i think if i understood the whole concept, slightly lowering the voltage to a stable push could help improve temps aswell. Thanks guys!

I have an alienware aurora as well, if you use their overclock pre-sets you are perfectly safe. Those temps you mention are fine. I really don't think you need to OC though, it really doesnt make that much of a difference, especially in gaming. Your talking maybe 5-10 fps and my personal opinion is its not worth it.
