I have two monitors hooked up two my desktop. (Acer and HP). The Acer is connected via DVI where the HP is connected via VGA. I have a internal graphics card ATI Radeon 4200. When I only have the DVI pluged in that is my only monitor connected so it has the taskbar on it and is the "default" monitor. But when I plug in the VGA cord and have both monitors running the VGA has the taskbar on it and the Acer is just like a secondary monitor. How can I change this so the Acer is always the "default" monitor with the taskbar and the HP is the extended monitor?
