I was thinking of replacing my outdated graphics card with a better one-http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130932

But to my dismay I opened my case and found out that my Power Supply only had 460w Capacity of the required 500w for this card.

Will I still be able to utilize it with my current CPU?http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819106010

Also on the Power Supply it says-
+12Va 15a
+12Vb 18a
+12Vc 10a

+5.08V 15a

+3.3V 14a
+5.08Vsb 2a
-12V 0.3a

And on my CPU it says-
+5V 0.75 A
+12V 0.75 A

The PSU specs look like an OEM Delta or Bestec or Liteon or AcBel or ... 460W PSU that are used in consumer desktop PCs.

For a system using a single NVIDIA Reference Design GeForce GTX 760 graphics card NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 500 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 30 Amps or greater and that has at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors. Some of the non-Reference Design GeForce GTX 760 cards have a single 8-pin (e.g. ASUS GTX 760 DirectCU II OC) or two 8-pin (e.g. MSI GTX 760 HAWK) or one 6-pin and one 8-pin (e.g. Gigabyte GTX 760 WindForce OC, EVGA GTX 760 SC w/ACX Cooler, MSI...
You will likely have no problems, IF you have a PSU of reasonable quality. I ran a GPU thirstier than a GTX760 on a 425W PSU for 10 years...
The reason the manufacturer states you need a 500W PSU is because the China PSU's are so unbelievably crappy, that a 500W one can realistically only deliver like 350W continuously - i.e. they're looking out for the absolute worst case scenario.

Make and model of the power supply? 460 watts is an oddball number and there are not any quality models I can think of rated that.

Check that the PSU has the appropriate number and type of PCI Express supplementary power connectors required by the specific graphics card that you are purchasing.
