ok so here is my questions (im sure more will lead) i use my pc to run presonus studio one in 64 bit mode everything i use is in 64 bit at this time its easier for me to upgrade certain things than spending 1000 + on a new computer

1.I just learned about ssd drives and was thinking about running my os and presonus studio one off that and having a hybrid drive behind that for my kontakt samples and other vst will these work with my mother board?
2.if i do upgrade to a ssd would i have to upgrade my power?should i upgrade it any way?
3.it comes with a dual monitor card which i run a 32 inch tv and a 21 inch hp monitor should i get a video card ?would it take less stress off the computer?
4.it says on the website i can upgrade which i found an i7 on ebay for 80$ but it says i guess a new fan for it and heatsink grease?
5.it says upgradable up to 16gb ram what kind should i get?
6.i would also like to add some usb 3.0 on this computer for external hard drive i have two seagates one being years old that i want to get rid of
7.would it be easier to get a after market tower buy a new mobo and processor and use the rest exsisting?

ive been reading alot and to be honest dont think im ready to build my own and the new stock pcs dont really impress me missing alot of usb mine has fire wire now none of the new ones i have seen do that dont if anyone could help me with any of this i would be greatly appreciative

Solution
1. SSD's, like HDD's use a Sata Cable so it would be like adding another hard drive. So it would work.
2. You don't need to upgrade anything when inserting an SSD. The power will be virtually the same.
3. You may only need a Video card if you are playing games or using applications like Adobe etc. to video edit or something similar to that.
4. You can upgrade, but unless your processor is slower and you are going to be putting a load on the CPU I wouldn't recommend it.
5. I see you have 6GB of RAM. You also don't need to put in new RAM as 4GB is the recommended amount. If you do want an Upgrade I suggest You get something like Corsair or G Skill.
6. Your mobo doesn't support USB 3.0 so I'm afraid you're stuck with 2.0 USB.
7. It would...

7. It would cost you more as your mobo already supports i7 processor, so it would be a waste of money. Unless you want to build a new PC.

the reason i said more ram is because i use kontakt which is a sample based audio vst and some sounds use up to if not more than a gb of ram for one patch i run all my programs in x64 bit also incase i forgot to mention that also if i was to upgrade and use a ssd for my programs and a hyrbid for samples ect i read somewhere i had to upgrade my power supply because the computer would be doing more i guess?thanks for all ur help i really do appreciate it ive been trying to figure all this out for a couple of days now
