a few watts for the sound card and wireless (25 and 10 (?)) 316 + 225 230 for 541 546 watts total.

what runs on the 12 volt rail: ( ~125 cpu, 316 gpu, 5 watts HD motor and 25 watts for fans) 471watts/12volt= 39.25 amps

if your cpu is @ stock i don't think the PSU is the problem.

I agree it shouldn't be a power problem.
I'm concerned if it's a heat issue since the op is using the stock cooler and hasn't replied if anything is OC'd.
That mobo isn't known for good overclocking.

Okay so I figured the problem I used a uninstaller software because some how my graphics card catalyst was invisible , then I went on safe mode used the software to uninstall my drivers, then I downloaded AMD driver downloader and it downloaded and installed the driver, retarded useless Driver max sucks penis, it messed up my whole pc because I downloaded also network driver and it kept on disconnecting my internet, please do not use driver max it downloads wrong drivers and messed with your pc.

ah . .glad you got it sorted. and as you found out those "driver management" programs cause more harm than good. fyi, check guru3D from time to time; they are very good at announcing when new graphic drivers are available.
