I'm building my own pc and I'm wondering if this is a good enough set up to run such games as BF4 on 1080p with a decent frame rate and if there's any improvements. I would prefer to try to keep it as close to £600 as possible as I'm on a tightish budget but if it's necessary I would go to £650. Thanks! :)

If you plan on overclocking I would suggest getting a Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo cpu cooler. It'll help you milk some more performance out of your cpu. Also getting a slightly better psu would give you the option to buy a second r9 270 to crossfire to keep you relevant as your system ages. 700-750w or so would do nicely. Besides that it appears to be pretty solid to me.

I would go for an AMD FX 6300 .. since you are on a budget, and get the R9 270x if possible.

Worth the trade off.

This is a gaming PC and Fx6300 should run anything upto r9 270x quite easily without bottlenecks.

R9 270 is good but r9 270x is bang for buck performance.

This, R9 270x > R9 270, and the good thing about the FX6300 is that its just as good as the 8320 and you can OC it if you wish to.
