Hey guys, I'm currently running this build:
Motherboard:
MSI FM2-A75MA-E35

CPU:
AMD Athlon x4 ii 760k 3.8 ghz

RAM:
Corsair Vengeance 4gb DDR3

PSU
CX500w

HDD:
Western Digital Caviar Blue 500gb

Shell:
NZXT Source 210

I'm in the middle of trying to finish with the GPU, any ideas for a good $200 range GPU. I look at reviews for card in that range and there seems to be a lot of cooling/breaking issues. Any ideas?

I would like to play Battlefield 4 on the highest setting I could get for that price range.

A GTX 660, or a Radeon 7870 would be your best choices at that price range. My friend runs Battlefield 4 on Ultra at around 30 FPS on non 1080p. So you could run it at med-high @1080p if you want! These cards are the best for that price. Hope this helps!

I would've said an r9 270 but due to price inflation that's no longer a $200 card. the gtx 660 is the only other relevant card that I know of at that price point. If you've got an extra $50 a gtx 760 would definitely be a better bet at $250.

What would be a good brand for 760?

Is overheating a issue on it though? My cooling system comprises of one fan and the removal of my side casing.

Just so you know what open box means:

"Open box items are previously-owned products that have been returned to Newegg.com. This store includes products from across our website, often including items such as laptops, LCD and plasma TVs, monitors and computer systems. Please bear in mind that due to the varying quality of testing, you are taking a risk when purchasing open box products.

Open box items carry a limited return policy and should be tested thoroughly when they are received. Be sure to read the open box return policy before you purchase one of these items."

It shouldn't ship from Newegg until tomorrow if you decide you'd rather not go with open box. I've been running an open box power supply for years, but you never know.

Right, so test the crap out of the card and make sure it works before the 30-day protection runs out, right?

So I've run into a problem with the gpu. I have been using it for the past 4 hours or so and my game crashes and a bunch on red lines appear on my screen. It's obviously a rendering issue because they disappear when I hover my mouse over them. Any ideas or should I send it back?
