So I have this i7 2600k here, on a asrock z77 extreme4 mobo, running windows 7, and here's my problem, the cpu is getting waaay more usage then it should, for example, when I run google chrome, I get like 90% cpu usage, when I run internet explorer, a little bit lower then that, skype is the same... I tried to clear all of chrome browser data and didn't work, I'm running an malwarebytes full scan, and its running at 20-30% usage, and nothing seems to show, so I say that no malware on the computer... what could be wrong with it? when I get the high spikes, it makes it impossible to use the computer...

If you have google chrome it is probably running at least three to five background processes all the time. chrome is a major resource hog I always recommend that it be removed if you want your machine to function correctly.
Try using performance monitor to see exactly what is going on. You can also try a program called Combofix it will find more than Malwarebytes.
Windows measures CPU usage as the percentage of time over a time period that the processor spends executing a task other than the system idle process. If the microprocessor is spending an inordinately high amount of time on all tasks, then it's likely that something is bogging down or blocking execution. This is characteristic of malware, especially root kits which can be incredibly hard to detect. The only sure way to remove a root kit is to perform a complete reformat.
