Hello Everyone,
since some months my CPU Ratio got a bit unusual. In Games like Battlefield, Counter Strike and other Games my FPS drops to like 20 sometimes. I checked my CPU ratio and it was x 7.0 that 1.4Ghz, after that i searched around in the internet but i haven't found any solution. I tried a lot of Programs but there was no solution yet.
100% Load normally(i want to simulate a game):

I know there is a thermal throttling but i don't know how to disable it and if i disable it does it effect anything with the Ratio? Also i don't know the risk if i disable it, does my CPU will get like 100°C?
My Computer Specs.:
CPU: AMD FX 8120 @3.1GHZ
Mainboard: Asus M5A78l-le
Ram: 8GB @1333MHz
Graphic-card: Sapphire ATI Radeon HD6950
Bus Speed: 210MHz
