Dell does not provide Windows 8 drivers for your laptop http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/04/Product/inspiron-1564. So your only hope is to find out the manufacturer of the web cam by hardware IDs (or restore your Windows 7 installation, and extract drivers from there).
i didnt reinstall the driver because its already installed,i will try that one later when im going home....thank you for your fastest reply...if still didnt work..what will next to do? do you have a web cam driver supported to windows 8 32bit ?
please help me.thanks againbut the integrated webcam of my laptop is already installed..? what whould i do next? when im opening the camera of my laptop the messege says "connect to a camera and then theres a problem on your camera"..do you have any idea for it?? thanks
