PSU + cooler + cabinet + MB

If I buy i5 4670k and nvidia GTX 770 2gb then what cabinet, PSU, cooler and motherboard would be best for me to assemble? My 'cabinet+cooler+PSU' budget = 10000 to 15000 INR, motherboard budget=8000 to 12000 INR. Also, Is RAM 16 GB necessary for high end gaming computer? or 8gb is sufficient for games? Plz help me guys.

For even the highest end gaming computer, 8 gigs of RAM is enough. nothing more is required.

Well, ASRock Z87 extreme3 is not that good board in my opinion but that's the best that can fit your budget. However I'd recommend getting this one:
