I had a problem with my old motherboard so got a new one not realising that my hard drive wouldn't work with the new motherboard. I purchased a second hard drive so that I could get the computer up and running without having to remove all the data on the first hard drive.

So, now I have 2 and what I want to know is how to make the paths go where I want them?

I now have, on my primary hard drive, the C partition, in which I would like to put all my program files, and on the same hard drive I have a B partition, in which I would like to put all my documents. When I click the start button and go to My Doctuments I would like to make it go to the B partition and not the C partition, same with My Pictures and so on.

Of course what I want to do could be a horrible idea in which case I'll have to start again which means removing the partition and the only way I know how to do that is to format the whole hard drive but then I've already waited a month and a half to get this thing working again so a day or two more won't hurt.

Please let me know what you think and, if it's a good idea, please let me know how I'd go about it.
