I already own windows 7 ultimate, I just figured I don't need to put money into something I already have.

What are you using this for? Gaming?

You could probably come down 1/3 on the price, and get the same performance.

Do not need Windows Ultimate. Period. Home Premium works.
$115 for headsets?
Probably don't need 16GB RAM. 8 will do.

I already have windows ultimate, and I will use this for anything between schoolwork and gaming for long-ish periods of time. Maybe even videos if I feel like it.

I'm not good with cases. Does that case have dual 140mm? I think it does, and if it does you might should go for a H105. It has a thicker radiator that is 280x140 instead of 240x120.
I also have the NZXT sentry and it is good, but has a crap load of wires.
If you can go for a GTX 780ti, but that isn't needed. Also, that mobo+CPU is much cheaper at microcenter in-store if you have one.

Thank you! I may have to shop around a bit/ do some traveling but i think we may have a microcenter somewhere around here. Does the bigger fan size/ CPU cooler really help that much? I havent looked that much into it.

Tom's did a review on that a little bit back. It was about 2c cooler but much quieter IIRC.
Also, aftermarket fans like the corsair sp series would be amazing.
