What should I do to upgrade my PC?

Hello, I am completely new to the computer building and upgrading kind of things and I would like to know what I can do to upgrade my current computer ( an Acer) to be able to run modern games like BF4 and others and also have a decent editing performanance.

My computer specs are these

I'd probably go for a $80-$100 graphics card, a 7770 would be good, or a 650ti if you can find one for cheap. Or you could spend $120 and get a 260x, quite a bit more powerful.
