i have windows 8.1 just got another update. before the first update printer worked, i got a large update and it stopped working... using hp's check my system tool thing i got it mostly working again... it still had error not connected messages a lot even though it printed...well it updated again... i used their tool and it wont work.. it says its connected no more updates it scans to my pc fine just wont print... no error messages even any help?
