A few weeks ago, a friend of mine borrowed my laptop. once it was returned to me, i couldn't watch any dvd's on it. The disk draw thing will open and put a dvd in, but it wont come up on the screen. i have just ordered a dvd game for my laptop and would like to be able to play it. could you please write back and tell me what to do. thank-you.
