GTX 750ti vs Radeon 265 SO MANY CHOICES

I need some graphic card help, im contemplating on upgrading gpu (my current cpu is inte i7-2600 3.4 ghz and 16 gigs of ram) and I cant decide bewtween the 750ti and the new 265. They both hover around my price range (around $150) and I want to know which card is better, im not a die hard fan for either, but ive been told nvidia cards are a bit more reliable, currently im playing games like borderlands 2, tf2, portal 2, warframe, and loadout at lowest settings and getting crap fps (my current gpu is a AMD Radeon 6450) and I need an upgrade, can someone link me to a site where they compare stats for the cards? and does anyone know if one of the cards are particularly more powerful then the other? (if it comes down to it I chose performance over looks) I just want to know which card to buy, any suggestions would be great.

well the 265 beats 750Ti in raw performance numbers. 750Ti has less power draw though, 265 has 256bit memory interface while 750s have 128bit.
