Hi,

Basically I will be running system 24/7 with medium O.C. and hope Noctua NH-U14s would meet my demands more than enough.

Please let me know whether NH-U14s would have any clearance issue with G.Skill RipjawsX placed in 1st ram slot?

Thanks for your help.

i don't think you have to worry about that. I have seen builds without issues that almost fitted so closely RAMs having heatstink with that cooler. For quick view:

Motherboard: Asus Maximus VI Hero
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-U14s
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600
Ram is installed in 1st and 3rd slot from the cpu. So same will be case with G Skill RipjawsX memory.
Good luck :)
