I've just built a new PC and installed 16gb ddr3 ram, the mobo gigabyte 990fx-a supports 32gb, my graphics card is evga GeForce 760gtx with a 2gb boost, run memtest run msconfig, checked everything I can think of 16gb installed 7.96 available, dedicated hardware has 8gb what would be the reason for this??
