Hi guys,

I'm currently running 2x Intel Xeon E5160's and I think I'm bottlenecking my EVGA GTX760.. I'd like to know if I upgrade to dual Xeon E5345's would that get rid of the bottleneck?

I'm running on a 575watt PSU, that should be enough to handle the 760 and then dual quad core CPU's right?

First that is a odd combination.
Second that PSU should be enough.
Why do you think it's bottlenecking the 760?
No processors are meant for gaming. Xeon is fine for gaming.

i don't think the PSU can handle them(what type is it ?) and Intel Xeon processors weren't meant for gaming so better buy a new CPU and motherboard except if you built this rig for other work with gaming but no those you have aren't bottlenecking
