Every time I login I am forced to wait for a good minute doing almost nothing. The only thing running in the taskbar is the nvidia control panel. Anything I open is seemingly unresponsive except for google chrome. I can open it up as fast as ever and browse the web at normal speeds unhindered at all. If I try and open up something as simple as CoreTemp I just get a big nothing. Opening up My Computer leaves me with a blank page and its sitting there with a loading bar in the top. Then after the minute has passed everything I opened beforehand instantly opens all at once.

I am doing CPU overclocking but its all been tested to be very stable after an hour of prime95. After this roadblock period everything performs perfectly as well.

I cant recall any kind of hardware changes that might have caused this issue to arise.

Task manager is included in this dead period. Even if I do a Ctrl Alt Delete and get that windows up and click task manager it still wont ignore the dead period. Ill check on that fix and post in here later then.
