Just put it all together, when i power it up it shows the gigabyte splash screen then goes to a black screen that says "reboot and select proper boot device, insert boot media into selected boot device and press key_". If i hit f9 or del at the splash screen to go into bios all it does is show a black screen with a white arrow cursor, What does this mean?
