I have 3570K and gigabyte 7950 (PSU is a seasonic 620W bronze) and recently made another lower end rig with A10-6790K with integrated GPU (430W PSU will have to be changed as well).

A friend is offering me EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTX780 Superclocked ACX Cooler 3GB GDDR5 Graphics Card for a good price. It would be an effort to get it but I could do it.
Question 1 : is it worth it performance wise and how big of a difference will I see ?
Question 2 : will the 7950 work on the A10-6790K + MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 ? I would either sell the 7950 or keep it in case Mantle makes a breakthrough.

Thanks in advance

Firstly there will definitely be a noticeable difference. Secondly you will be heavily bottlenecked with that 6790K. I suggest you upgrade your CPU+Motherboard to FX or i5 to avoid bottle-necking with a beast of a card like the 780

Ok, the second issue is clear, I was not sure about the bottleneck, but it's good to know.

Back to the matter at hand.
The I5 3570K should be able to handle practically anything I add in the GPU section, or so I thought. Surely my I5 3570K wont be a bottleneck...I'm sure I've seen builds with SLI 680, or CF 7970, recommended to be with no bottleneck.

Yeah the i5 3570k will not bottleneck that GPU at all and is a very nice match-up
