Hi, I'm building a computer today, to save money I'm reusing a hard drive I currently have in this prebuilt I own. I want to completely format it but I can't find a way to do it. When I go down the Disk Manager route, I have no option to format the drive. When I go to Computer, right click the drive, select format, it tells me I can't do that because my computer would stop working.
I'm assuming I'd need to go into the BIOS to do it then, so how would I?
Also, I don't have a blank disc disk, nor do I have a Windows install disk, like I've seen required in other methods of formatting.
