Yes you can but swap out the A8 5600K if you haven't already bought it for a Athlon II X4 750K which is a A10 5800K with no igpu. Also unless you are going to be overclocking heavily that motherboard is a waste of money and a A75 chipset would be better

Yes I would highly recommend those two. The Athlon 760K is great and can be overclocked quite well. And that Asrock motherboard has some neat features and is a great match. I would invest $30 into a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo as the stock AMD coolers you get now are loud and your CPU temps get high while gaming
Depends on which one. I would say do not cheap out on a power supply because if you buy a crappy one when it fails it will take your other expensive components down with it. Better safe than sorry
