Better graphics card than "ATI Radeon HD 4600 series"?

Im looking for a better graphics card than the "ATI Radeon HD 4600 series" one i have. I use my computer for gaming purposes, it should be relatively cheap, but still good. Somewhere about 150 bucks would be good? Apparently i can have PCI-E graphics cards, and i was looking at the GeForce GTX cards. Thanks in advance

Contains tons of information about the new card with benchmarks as well.

Alternatives are cards such as the R7 260X but it eats more electricity so you MAY need a new PSU.

For your budget the newly released NVIDIA GeForce Gtx 750Ti would be a great choice.Its offers tremendous performance/watt and requires no extra power connection from psu and is also much more powerful than your 4600 card.
