So i got a asus maximus vi hero for my new gaming build. And when i installed the mobo and took it out back again i saw that in the case there are marks that came from the back of the mobo, like the sharp back rubbed against the case. And i was wondering is that bad? will i get a short circuit.

Should probably take the time to disassemble it again so you can add the standoffs so the motherboard is raised. It's quite important for air flow reasons that there is a gap between the motherboard and the case.

It should be ok :) That's a tough motherboard and there's nothing really that special on the back of one.

Okay cool, but i also have another problem i didnt add. There is a bent pin on the back of the board. Its not touching the other pins though, and its not the cpu pins. Its the pointy ones in the back of the mobo. Will that be a problem?

That sounds like a pin on the underside that holds one of the heatsinks on, but then they're usually plastic. All you can do is get it built and try it mate :)
