Okay so im doing a new build, and i'm wondering what the best cooling solution will be.
I will be overclocking the CPU, GPU and ram and want to keep that as cool as possible.
I want to stay away from liquid cooling though.

Here is le parts (UK): http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/2W2ld
and for the states: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2W2ld

Many Thanks
Sam

For low and moderate overclocking of your cpu: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
for higher overclocking: Phanteks PH-TC14PE Noctua NH-D14
Also you might want to change your PSU for gtx 770 sli, minimum of 850 watts is recommended. Here you go with decent Power Supply: Corsair TX850M
Take a look at this motherboard, it's cheaper than you have put there but it is also a solid board: Asus Z87-A
Rest looks good in your build. You are all set :)

Get the Noctua NH D14. Highly recommended!

Very thanks :)

It just is me or does the Phanteks look so damn sexy?

Also what would you recommend for case cooling? As I want to keep it as cool as possible. I've heard the Noctua NF-P14 are good but they're quite expensive for just one fan right?

Yes they are sexy already :D
Noctua are expensive, i agree with you here but you might want to consider them for their solid design also for their long and silent running efficiency.
