Hi,

I am thinking about getting a Rendering and Gaming PC,
and I just wanted to make sure that all of these components fit before I bought and assembled them. And if you have any tips please share them with me xD.
Here they are:

MOTHERBOARD:
Z87-GD65 GAMING - $188

GRAPHICS CARD:
GTX760-DC20C-2GD5 - $270

POWER SUPPLY:
CX750M ATX - 750 WATT - $100

CORE:
INTEL i7 PROCESSOR HASWELL 3.5GHz QUAD CORE - $409

OPTICAL DRIVE:
(BLU-RAY BURNER) - $100

RAM:
Corsair Vengeance Pro 16gb (2x8gb) 240-pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 - $215

CASE:
Corsair Obsidian 650d - $200

Thankyou,

1. Get a powerful graphics card.
2. Your case is very costly.
3. Do you need a blu-ray burner?
4.Why the 750 W PSU?

yeah save money on getting a cheaper case, and you probably don't need all that power. use the extra money in getting a better graphics card like a gtx 780. if you are unsure about compatibility go to pcpartpicker.com and pick the parts you just listed and it should tell you if they are non compatible. it will say nothing if they are compatible. hope this helps

What would you recommend for the PSU then?

1. What do you recommend then? I thought this was a good graphics card :\
2. Yes, that's probably the thing I haven't really looked into.
3. Yes, I believe that having the capability to burn blu-ray, and watch blu-ray's would be very nice to have. My dad also said that he wouldn't let me get one if I didn't get a BR burner :p
4. What would you recommend for a good power supply then? Some people say to get 1000W, so why do you say 750 W? as a question of it being too much?

well honestly its up to you. 750w isn't going to be overkill it will actually provide future upgrade capability. the 600w power supply will give you just enough to power that system comfortably.

For a gtx 760, even a 500W PSU is enough, if you dont want the SLI configuration in future. 700W psu is enough for 760SLI. So if you cant dump the blu ray, its ok. I was just suggesting to dump it because we watch most of the things via a download or stream.
Heres what I recommend-
Mobo-http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-z87pro
Graphics Card-http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-02gp42774k...
RAM-http://pcpartpicker.com/part/crucial-memory-bls2kit8g3d...
BR-http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-optical-drive-bw12b1s...
Case-http://pcpartpicker.com/part/rosewill-case-blackhawk
PSU-http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-120pg065...
These parts are good, cheaper than the counterparts u chose and you get a gtx 770.
