do i need a Sound card

i have intel DG41WV motherboard with 2 channel onboard sound. i am going to watch blu ray with this pc so i buy a bluray writer and Storm Sirus 5.1 True HD Headphone. Headphone has its own software & device that manage 5.1 output. i just want to that is it enough to get sound quality or should i buy a new pci sound card.

    i just play games & watch Bluray.. as i said i have storm Sirus 5.1 headphone. http://www.cmstorm.com/en/products/audio/sirus/
