Hello, I am about to upgrade my current PC with a HIS 7770. I am trying to find the best performance for the price and I have decided that I wanted to get a r9 280x. at first, I wanted to get the sapphire Toxic r9 280x than all the prices rose on the 280x's because of bitcoin miners. Now, I am deciding on getting the HIS r9 280x with the IceQ X cooling, or the XFX r9 280x with the double dissipation cooling mostly because these are the 2 cheapest ones I can find. I have herd that XFX cards get really hot even on stock settings. my current card from HIS (7770) stays relay cool and from som reviews I have read, it seams to be the better of the 2. Also, it has spesial ribs on the pcb in order to stop warping of the card.

HIS card: $319
XFX card: $309

Can you guys tell me which one I should chose

Current Rig:
CPU: AMD FX 4130 @ 4.3 GHz

MOBO: ASRock 970 extreme 3

CASE: Antec GX700
