Nvidia and Intel graphics together?

I've got a theoretical question for you all. I'm wondering if anyone has done this yet. It's pretty simple, and someone probably has, but I'm wondering about any issues surrounding it.

I am thinking of kind of upgrading to a Core i7 4770k and moving my 3930 over to virtual server duty. (My current server can't handle the I/O I need from it, as it is on a AMD 970 chipset. It simply doesn't have the PCIe lanes and slots I need for everything I'm trying to do. I use this server to create many virtual machines to practice and learn for certification exams to try to extend my career.) Currently, I'm using dual GTX 680s, and I would bring those over to the new system, but I'm running two display from them. I'd like to make use of the Intel HD graphics for my secondary display. All I have for my secondary display is monitoring tools: temps, usage, etc. My primary is a WQHD (2560X1440) screen while my secondary is a cheap 1600X900 refurb HP.

Would there be any issues with running both graphics at the same time? I know adding a different Nvidia card (Geforce 210) for the secondary monitor caused all kinds of havoc with the Nvidia control panel and wouldn't let me use SLi, and the DisplayLink USB monitors and adapters caused the Nvidia control panel to just stop working entirely. Would I face the same thing with Intel graphics?
