My first build I did a few weeks ago: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/scottyb724/saved/3jgd

I have this PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

And my buddy just gave me his GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

So this card requires 2x6 pci e power connections and I only have 1 slot open left on my PSU.
Do I need to upgrade my psu to one with more pci e connections, or am I safe using something like this? : http://www.amazon.com/StarTech-com-PCIEXSPLIT6-6-Inch-E...

Thanks!

Yeah it should be fine if you use that connector. You have enough AMPs on your 12v.
