Solution
Don't buy customized computers from iBuyPower, Alienware, or CyberPower. You can build your own and save a ton of cash. It takes 2-3 hours of your time to watch a few tutorials, assemble and install a PC from scratch. You'll save 10-15% easily. And your end result will be 15-25% better in performance than most of the products they offer.

Ok, but are those at least decent parts, so I know what to look for?

To answer your question - no it's not an okay system . the gpu sucks, the psu is no name and probably lacks a 6/8 pin cable so no upgrade path in terms of gfx. The water cooling is unnecessary as you have no reason to over clock that cpu with a gpu like that being your systems bottleneck. I bet they're charging upwards of 1500$ for this rig and it really isn't worth it.
