Okay so recently my pc went into a power on and off loop. It runs for 5 seconds then shuts off and powers back on in an endless loop. I tried a spare power supply to rule that out. I removed everything from the mobo except the memory and it still persisted. So tried every memory slot configuration with no luck. I removed both memory sticks all together and the pc stayed on. Is it possible my kind of new gskill ripjawsX 8gb each sticks have both failed? Or did all the memory slots somehow fail?
Boot loop dual memory failure?

Maybe it's not liking the voltage setting ? I am not a ram guy .... only thing I can think of atm.
